Athletic and Activities Participation Eligibility

Lemont-Bromberek 113A offers a wide variety of extracurricular programming.  

Old Quarry Middle School participates in the Illinois Elementary School Association. Participation in extracurricular activities enhances students' experience at Old Quarry Middle School. All students are encouraged to participate in clubs and sports. 

Sports Physicals

Sports Physicals are required. Sports physicals are valid for 395 days from the exam date. A current physical must be on file with the Nurse's office. Students must have updated physicals if they expire during their sports season.  We may accept a recent 6th-grade physical as a sports physical, depending on the date. If your child is in 7th or 8th grade, they will require a sports physical. Please check with the school nurse, Kristine Espitia R.N., at 630-257-2286 ext 4102 or email kespitia@sd113a.org.
